Today I will demo Adobe Illustrator and we will begin to use the program. Once the demo is complete - you will work independently on the following:

INSTRUCTIONS: (30 minute assignment)

Create a representational design (should look like something recognizable)

Want credit?

• Demonstrate proficiency in modifying shapes using the direct select tool.
• This means that ALL (or nearly all) the shapes will be modified.
• Fill with a wide variety of different patterns and gradients.
• Demonstrate a wide variety of stroke colors and thicknesses. 
• Demonstrate plenty of overlapping.

TO SAVE for a GRADE:

1. Save your Illustrator file onto your desktop - CRTL + S
2. Upload your .AI file (Illustrator file) to Your Google Drive > MINOR ASSIGNMENTS
3. in Illustrator EXPORT > as JPEG > CLICK Use Artboards > Save
4. Post to Your Google Classroom Assignment
5. Post on Your Blog in MINOR ASSIGNMENTS
